Horrible service
Technician could not fix a cooktop after SEARs made three attempts ordered parts and caused damage to my cooktop in a prior visit.

Rejected
Rejected the appointment with this technician as a bad experience last week with him. Refer my earlier feedback. I didn't allow him to enter into the home, but I got email update saying installation completed!!!. I don't know why Sears has been scheduled appointment with the same guy. Reschedule appointment with different technician who is expertise to handle the issue. I would have given negative stars if it allows.

His score is zero. Arrived within schedule time. Worked for 2 hours steadily. Left it running. Now 2 hours later it is leaking and the floor is flooded.

Seemingly easy fix…far too expensive charge
Dryer belt broke. Paul recognized and replaced in less than 15 minutes. The part was appx $17.00 and labor appx $330.00 which is outrageous.

Horrible experience
The diagnosint technician ignored at least two of primary issues. First ice from icemaker was melting, despite the freezer saying it was 0 degrees. He said freezer was working fine. Second I told him that I thought the seals needed replacement. He ignored that. He ordered one part and said, that it might fix the freezer??? Next, with no explanation they cancelled the actual repair. It took me 45 minutes on the phone to sort it out. Then repair tech showed up and asked me what the problem was. I said, don't you have a work order? He said with some attitude that he didn't do the diagnosis. So apparently they just send people to your house who have no idea what they are doing. Oh, and the ice in the freezer is still melting. Totally useless and a waste of money.

Needed service on a GE dishwasher which was thought to be the timer control which was replaced and the dishwasher was still inoperative, the serviceman said it was too expensive to repair and we should consider replacing the unit, which wasn't an option given it is no longer manufactured by GE, and at no time did he attempt to diagnose the problem and he left at which point we called GE and they came out and repaired the unit.

Service appointment
The technician never came. I kept looking at what time to expect him and the time kept changing. The last time I checked he was supposed to arrive between 5:30 and 6:00. When it was about 5:40 I checked again and it said that the technician had arrived so I kept looking out and no one was here.

Poor service
Arrival time kept changing to the point that it was not feasible to use it. The online web page would NOT let me cancel or reschedule. When I called they would hang up or get stuck in an automated loop. The tech said I would most likely not get through. He admitted that they overbook. Yep! The appt was almost 2 hours late and I did not have time for that.
