We had an 8 hour window for the fridge inspection, but we're only given a 10 minute heads up for when he would arrive. Luckily, my fiancee had not gotten to the urgent care clinic yet when I got the call and was able to get home on time to meet him. A warning earlier than 10 minutes would have made our day a lot easier.

Kurtis was great. He actually showed up during the window of time he gave, and actually attempted to make the repair to see what was going on. He actually took the time to try to do the job. The other technicians have been terrible; didn't do anything or didn't even show up. As far as I'm concerned Kurtis is the only positive experience I've had with A&E since this repair situation started back at the beginning of August. Everything else has been terrible. Every time I called I was never able to actually speak to a human being. Kurtis - great. Everything else - absolutely terrible.
