Refuses to repair dryer
We put sign out saying we are home for service appt so he can't take a picture saying we weren't there. This is 3rd appt that he has purposely not shown up for the repair. 3rd time, we've waited at the house and wasted time. Then sent an email receipt showing he made a service call. Ridiculous!

benjamin did not show up . the part is in my kitchen. this is the thime he has not show up. yet he is constastly charging sears for work not being donne. case of fraud according to my lawyer.

Hvac
Very knowledgeable - however he focused on Freon. He didn't go into attic and my air is still not cooling. It's on 60!!! The temp in my house is 78-smh. I wish he had done a full assessment to validate EVERYthing was working and that Freon was in there not leaking. What was the purpose.

Refrigerator service
Absolutely horrible but not a reflection on the technician. Failed to show up twice after numerous calls and several weeks and probably not the fault of the technician. Had to deal with Asians on the phone who had no power to get somewhere and solve my problems

Worst repair
After, 3 weeks the fridge was still having the same issue.

Poor service, rule technician. Came by but didn't finish the job and still charge for deductible. Suck!!

Dryer Repair
The repairman did not fix anything. He removed items sent to repair the washer from our home. Even tho I can't prove it there was a cordless drill with battery and a new paint sprayer missing. I opened the garage for him and he was the only one that entered and left that way. We will not use Sears repair service ever again, we'd as soon buy new appliances.

Unacceptable repair time
I submitted a service request for my AC and it took almost three weeks to be resolved, after two visits because replacement part used at first didn't work. Having no AC in AZ during the middle of the summer should make this a priority and I felt this was not the case. No updates from Sears or the technician. Also, customer service refused to provide an update or help to expedite issue resolution. Furthermore, service schedule times were off which makes it hard for people to plan for this. Having to wait at home for 8 hours for someone to show up (without AC) is not acceptable.

Isaiah F canceled our service request.
No service was provided by Isaiah F because he never showed up to perform the repair. I sat at home all day waiting for him to arrive only to discover he fraudulently closed out our service order. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I expect financial restitution for my time being stolen from me (and my time is not cheap), and for the money & time I had to spend at the laundry mat today.

Washer repair
The repairman was very nice and professional, however the scheduling department is terrible. I sat at home waiting for someone to come. I didn't get a phone call or nothing to let me know that no one was coming. I call to reschedule and was told that it would be Wednesday, three days later. I have been without my washer since the last week in June. The scheduling department needs improvement.
