The washer is now functional, but the spin dial used to select the settings on the washer don't line up anymore. Also the power and light button on the washer are no longer operational, not a hill to die on, we just have the turn the dial in order to trigger the washer on now.

This was the fifth appointment we had with this issue. The first one was cancelled and rescheduled with no explanation. The second one was held and a diagnosis was given and parts ordered. The third AND the fourth one was canceled. Again, no explanation. Finally on the fifth appointment, our issue was solved. Technician himself was awesome. Your company sucks!!!!!

I could not get a hold of any one from customer services after numerous times trying there needs to be a way to get in touch with someone . The portal did not work and was very frustrating because I needed to change the contact number.
