Did not fix the issue
My dryer is still making the same squealing noises. Replacing the idler and arm did not fix it. I have a video of this taken after servicing.

Service call
I've used Sears home services for several years now. I would say this is absolutely the worst service I've ever received. The Repairman showed up. He had to get on his cell phone to discuss my issue with another technician apparently because he did not know how to solve my problem. And worst of all I heard him say "yup this is basically a collect call". Which I of course understand to mean I'm not going to do anything out here but collect money from this customer. I assume he thinks that I don't know what that meant and the fact that he's joking about the service call on the phone in front of me with another technician. I found to be absolutely disgusting. I will not use Sears services ever again, and I will tell anyone who needs to know to do the same. I am utterly furious at this service call. I also intend to share this review on every site. I can possibly find so that I can alert anyone else to avoid having the kind of experience I had.

TECH WAS HIGH
The tech was using meth in his truck and refused to help me. He was stumbling and slurred all his words. He wanted to use my restroom and i said no and he closed my claim saying I refused service!! Our refrigerator is broken and he's now texting me saying that he refused the claim, sorry! DRUG TEST YOUR PEOPLE!! THIS GUY WAS EXTRA UNPROFESSIONAL AND HIGH AS A KITE. MY DAUGHTER SAW HIM SMOKING METH IN HIS VEHICLE THAT HE SAT IN FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE COMING TO MY DOOR I WANT A SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT ME!

Didn't fix the problem
Brian replaced a sensor and said that was the problem. I ran the dishwasher (empty, no dishes) and 20 minutes into the cycle, I got the same error code that I've been getting, which is FTD, failure to drain.

Refrigerator Problem at 4119 Belgrade
Sorry, I did not see Edwin C Monday, April 21. I saw Emanuel on that date. He came and worked on the refrig several hours, but the problem is still there. My refrigerator still isn't freezing nor getting cold in the refrigerator side. the freezer part isn't freezing nor producing ice. The several men who have been here ordered parts , etc. but problem still present.

At best - not very good
On the sixth attempt Charles made it here. Did not listen to my concerns concerning the worn out bearings. Explanation for the black smoke in the wash tub was that fabric was stuck during the spin cycle and the belt slipped and caused the smoke. However, the belt was not damaged according to Charles. The wobbling of the tub was not addressed. Charles's assessment was that no damage occurred. If the belt was slipping, the damage is occurring - why was it not changed? NO assessment of the bearings.

Smart Mouth
This gentlemen needs to learn manners. He is very mouthy and appears to know everything, according to him. I'm a retired electrical engineer and know as much as he does about dryers. I probably know more about the control board. I was trying to explain to him all the testing your last tech and I did. Gregory's comment was " I don't care what the last tech said". On completion of the assembly he stated "there is nothing wrong with that old board, it just wasn't programmed right". Interesting enough when the reassembly was completed, the dryer worked perfectly with the new board. Gregory's customer manners needs work, a lot.
