Competent but not the best customer service
Marshall did a great job and explained things thoroughly. He did put me to work a few times, which seemed odd. I would have preferred him to do some of the cleanup and the smell of cigarette smoke really bothered me.

Fair I have had bad experience with sears before. But before sears changed they had the best. Every thing sears did before 1995 was the best place to go. Your service technician was good .

He repaired it very quickly. The only problem was is that seers was very slapdash in letting me know when he was going to come and actually scheduling the meeting except the very general way, but that I don't think it's his fault.

Although tecnitian fixed the issue at hand I think that for the money I paid a better job could have been done. The compactor now has noises that were not there before. Shame

My repairman was courteous, informative, and efficient. I was his first customer and am glad of it - but did not receive a call in advance of his coming - which I was expecting - but not a significant problem. Perhaps I just missed the call.
