Doesn't do work required honestly. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable, deceptive. Reported in paper work to sears that the unworkable, broken garage unit would work if operated properly, mind boggling... it does not even start!!

This was the worst experience ever
I honestly don't even remember who Karl was, but wiring with Sears on my recent service issue was horrific. You only get AI when you call, they unceremoniously canceled SIX service appts while I was waiting home for them (they canceled day-of), they only showed up for 2/8 appts, and the last time, the serviceman showed up with only half of the needed parts and said he couldn't fix it

NO TX DUCTING LICENSE. CAME TO HOME ANYWAY. SCAM ALERT.
Choice home warranty and Sears services are scams. Unable to speak to anyone at choice home warranty and Sears it's AI only and you can't find a rep if you try for 10 hours. I had a ducting issue. Ducting separated and the 12" diameter tube blew around and beat itself up. Sears is NOT QUALIFIED for ducting. Choice sent Sears. Kyle called 30 minutes prior. I told him all rooms are ice boxes a/c working perfectly but there is separated ducting. Kyle said he and SEARS are NOT DUCT LICENSED. He said he just needs to come and collect $75 and this will apply to the ducting company deductible also. He arrived with his tech bag at the door. I asked are you going to fix ducting? He said no this is how it's done. I said I'll just pay the $75 deductible and send the ducting company. He said this happens all the time he needed to come in. I let him in, he moved around the duct work now it's blowing cold in the attic. It wasn't before. He's not even qualified to mess with ducting. He sat outside for 40 minutes then he sent a bill $245. I went out and asked what's going on TWICE. It was very odd. He drove away the minute choice home warranty said it's not covered LOL. Avoid SEARS SERVICE & CHOICE HOME WARRANTY I'm in Fort Worth. Both scams. Both AI only. You will say AIR CONDITIONER NOT BLOWING IN 2 ROOMS. Ai will list you as "air conditioner" and you won't get a chance to speak with anyone to clarify. The Choice process states: tech gives an estimate. LOL Kyle just came in to do ZERO WORK and he was NOT QUALIFIED and he sends a bill for hundreds. Reporting to TX licensing. Absolute scam avoid at all cost.

Oven repair
Adam done a good job and was very respectful. He never tested it before he left. We just tried the oven on 06/26/2025 and we are still getting the same fault code 47!

Jeffrey never showed up for the appointment - ridiculous
We waited for all day for him to come and he never came. Instead we received a receipt with a fake signature. Very disappointed.

Saddest technician
This service technician is the worst,he not kept his agreeded appointment 4 times i had an appointment today, he has stood me up again i need answers to why he want come service my A/C unit is it because I am Black, need answers I hope the person in charge will get this message I am fed up with this company!!

Grossly Inadequate Service
The technician sent clearly did not want to do the work. I explained that the dishwasher had given a code, indicating the discharge hose with disconnected on several occasions. He initially was able to start the dishwasher, and, therefore, said there was no reason to inspect the hose. When I insisted, he said he couldn't pull the dishwasher out from under the counter because of the flooring, but he clearly could. He left, although the dishwasher wouldn't even power up again before he left. This matter needs to be addressed, and you are not to send this technician to do it. I expect a call.

Dishwasher repair man
Poor! The first man from Vicksburg did not repair the dishwasher. Poor work! The dishwasher was not repaired. Water still leaks when it is running! A dishwasher part was not installed.
