still upset that 1st appt was on Aug 25 and fixed on Oct 20. Many no show no call scheduled visits. Poor communication and difficult to navigate text system. Hard to talk to real person. System not meant for elderly. Ll

After over a month and a half of having my appointments rescheduled or just no tech showing up I FINALLY got my washer fixed. The tech replaced the part Ive had for a month and I can finally do laundry at home.

Not happy that he came so late. The first day he came, I waited from 8am until 6pm for him to show up. No call saying he was running late! The second visit, he came at 5pm. At least he gave us a heads up that he would be here between 1-5.

Your notification system by email needs a little help. I got a wild assortment of times that the same technician was supposed to be coming. Everything from 11:00 to 5: 45. Good thing he called via the old fashioned landline to let me know he was coming. So much for the newer technology!
