Warren and his helper did a fine job fixing the microwave. I haven't had a reason to use it yet, but it was working when they left. I only gave them 4 stars, because they left a bit of a mess for me to clean up.

THIS YOUNG MAN HAS A LEADERSHIP ABILITY TO GET THINGS DONE. HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT THAT HE WAS CALLED ON (MY REFRIGERATOR). Otis was great in with customer service from start to finish. He called ahead to let me know he was in the way. He was courteous and respectful when performing the repairs and kept me informed on needed parts. The only thing I will complain about is the huge appointment time window (8-5) as it is hard to schedule things around a large time slot.
