Maintenance appointment
Technician arrived promptly and was very cordial and respectful. He was only here 15 minutes or so. I remember the last maintenance man took longer pulling out the dryer and checking the outside line. Based on past appointment I expected more.

Everything that he did was fine and I respected his efforts. The only reason that I didn't rate him higher was because I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me. Between his fairly heavy accent and my compromised hearing, we had to repeat things frequently and work harder than normal to communicate effectively.

My complaint is NOT with the technician, who did a good job. It is with your centralized appointment system and your billing system it managed to get the spelling of my first name and also my last name wrong It also got my address wrong. Billing system rejected my credit card 3 times causing a fraud alert with USAA. Had to go through the techs phone to get bill paid on a different card. Apple Pay would have been nice and would have avoided all the confusion.

Norberto M seems to have done a good job. The washer is working and we are back to using it. And he was a delightful man. The phone call to get him here had to go to Columbia? After lots of questions that were repeated once we got to a human? That was irritating.

Eric was fine today, but did not have the background information he should have. The problem with the refrigerator has been going on since September 20. The first thing the first technician said was that it needed to be replaced, but then he made a telephone call and had to order a part -- now 3 weeks later, the refrigerator still needs to be replaced. The technicians have all been friendly and knowledgeable, but the customer service aspect of your company needs to be replaced. It stinks.

This is not a review of Mohammad but I wanted to express my concern about the entire process. It took over 3 weeks and 3 different service visits to get my washing machine repaired. That is unacceptable. I likely paid more in laudromat fees over that time than I would have to purchase a new washing machine. It was ridiculous that the tech did not contact me before the first visit to determine what parts might be necessary (as the emails indicate that he would). Then when he did come he did not do anything other than order a part. The second tech came out and determined that another part was needed after taking the washer apart (which the first tech did not do). I then had to wait yet another week to finally get it repaired. I certainly will not use your maintenance service for any other product.

Daniel was knowledgeable I do feel the service time-telling me between 8 and 5 is a little too long. My day was wasted waiting around. Should be 8-12 and 1-5. I waited all day and they had some issues with another repair job. Also the repair guys need to cover their shoes with protective cloth when entering the home. I also feel the cost to repair was too high. may do more checking around in the future.
