Washer repair
Not bad but I, my wife carried the large repair boxes & thought the repair man would do it all

Houston, PALG Oven many problems
Michael has been here multiple times, along with Dale and a few others. This oven has had many many recurring problems and we've had no working oven since early Sept. We have never had an oven with such troubles. It is not the easiest to replace since it is a wall oven, and not that old. I believe Sears Service has tried but unfortunately we feel very dissatisfied with Choice Home Warranty.

The tech was great but the Sears system of scheduling an appointment was awful. No way to contact the tech personally to find out if he would get to my home before 7 p.m. as indicated by the Sears text message. Sears overbooks their techs and doesn't acknowledge that some appointments need more time once the tech has the chance to assess the machine & determine what the problem actually is. Some CEO & his groupies though a totally computer-based scheduling system was a great idea but what they set up is horrible.

The response time was great. The repair itself was fast. My only complaint was mthe rough treatment of the frozen finned tubes inside the box. They ended up getting bent which may effect performance. But overall we were satisfied.
