Rude and Abrasive

Technician called and seemed put out that he has to come to my house due to the distance. When arrived, he was abrasive and not very friendly. Didn't tell me what was wrong with my AC nor did he come back inside to make sure my AC was working properly. I had to ask him if he found the issue.

I don't want blame one technician. The current issue was dragged for more than 3 months and multiple parts have been ordered and the issues reported haven't fixed. Rather they created new issues and I remain with more problems. It's very bad experience and inconvenience with Sears which I never forget in my lifetime.

THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE

Not only was he disrespectful coming into our home to look at our stove, he scheduled the appointment to come back and service it and never showed up. He came back and told us we had to pay another fee again. (Which is not part of our warranty) DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! This is just the short version of this.

Cancellation of appointment

The technician cancelled the appointment for he showed up to the property sooner than the time schedule from 1 to 5 and we could not get service till two days later with a different company.service was provided a week before but gas leaked out

Sears can do better than this

Sears, You should do better by having more courteous technicians representing you. To have a technician, totally dismiss the same issue that has been going on it unconscionable. Additionally, when I asked the technician if I can call Sears if the issue does occur again, for him to mention and I quote, "you can do whatever you like" is just outright rude. If Sears wants proof, while the technician was here, I mentioned to him I would video record our conversation so I have video and audio proof of the conversation.

William refused to even look at my freezer. I told him the freezer would not keep ice cream frozen and all he said was "well ice cream is one of the hardest things to freeze." As if it's an exceptional freezer than will freeze ice cream. I asked if he agreed that this freezer should be able to freeze ice cream and he said yes. But yet he refused to even look at the freezer other than opening and closing the freezer door. He said the freezer is fine because there was one frozen popsicle in the freezer. His thought was because that one little popsicle was frozen, there was noting for him to do. Also, this was the second technician that came from Sears. The first one found nothing wrong. But ice cream melts in this freezer. Still.

5th tech, still broken machine.

This technician looked at the machine but did not do any labor. Told us to do medium sized loads (in our XL 5.5 cu machine) and less detergent. Said it was not his job to start a load to see if it cycles all the way through. I don't recommend Sears for repairs.
