Wouldn't rehire
My technician was quick and seemed efficient as far as I could tell & he was friendly enough. I didnt love that he didnt seem to have any background info when he arrived and luckily I had the part needed so I could give it to him so he would know what to fix. Doesn't seem to be great communication between the first and second technicians. My experience with Sears was significantly less favorable. This is the 3rd scheduled visit to get this fixed (one being when a tech cancelled after 5hrs of waiting). A 8am-5pm window with no clear idea of when/if they will arrive is ridiculous. It's near impossible to get through to a customer service rep by phone and your rebar the mercy of a random email account with a generic return call. I would gladly buy a new appliance elsewhere than have to use this company again. I would not be able to recommend servicing through your company if asked.

Dquarius arrived on time. He was polite when he checked in. I showed him where the washer & dryer are located and the issue with the dryer. He said he would let me know if he needed anything. That is the last I spoke or heard from Dquarius. After a while I checked in the laundry area and he was gone. i stepped to the front door and saw he was in his vehicle and was leaving. Except for the email I received, he didn't let me know what he found, what work he did and that the job was completed. The statement did say that the washer maintenance was done, the dryer heating element was replaced. I hope everything works properly.

The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. After shipping delays and backlogs, and having the company ship the wrong replacement part, he was still able to get my fridge to work. He was skillfull, but behind the scenes not impressed with the parts ordering and accuracy.

Bismarck, NDDryer takes 2 to 3 times to dry close
After checking dryer technician says that the reason the dryer is not drying clothes is probably I need to get the vent cleaned out. He asked me after when the vent was cleaned out. I had them cleaned out about 18 months ago. The last 2 years I lived here alone. Just recently had a person move in 3 months at a time and sometimes there is no other person living so dryer vent is not clogged. I will verify that by having someone come out and checking and have them give me what they found and prove to them that they are not clogged.

The technician that came to my home was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. Sears repair service is very good. My only concern was the first part was delivered broken had to wait 2 1/2 weeks later for the repair when the second part was delivered the next day.

My technician was very help and super fast with his work , now on the company base wise I would say I do not recommend this company to anyone I was without a refrigerator for 2 months all parts where ordered and my appointments kept getting cancelled back to back with excuses on top of that I had no groceries for two months and I'm diabetic and had to buy a small refrigerator to put my medicine inside I will be contacting customer service support to speck to someone in regards of my services and experience
