Amir came at the right time to maintain my furnace and replace the thermostat. What I didn't understand is why have a warranty service if they charge a service fee & charge you for the parts & labor for their service.

Both Ibrahim and Javier were polite, fast and (seemingly) competent. HOWEVER, i received a phone call on Wednesday, which went to voicemail because I was on another call when it came, which said my repair could not occur on Thursday unless I called this phone number to confirm that I had received the shipped parts. I tried to call the number, multiple times, and only got an interminable and impenetrable set of recordings, with none that fit, and none that allowed me to talk to a Real Human Being. This was incredibly frustrating and made me hate you!!

He wasn't very friendly. He wasn't nasty at all but he just wasn't as friendly as the past technicians that I've dealt with. He got the job done.

Devan, initial visit advised what was needed for repair. He then ordered the part advised of delivery date, however, there was a delay. The information regarding the delay was relayed to homeowner. There was communication throughout the repair process. On day of repair, an email was sent advising of repairman arrival. Devan, came in with all safety aspects, repair was done without delay. We are satisfied with entire process.

Could be more interactive and took time to speak to me. I was on a call but told him he could text me when he was done and i would come down. He just left And texted me with not advising the next step
