Neal was good.
-Neal was nice when he called to say he was on his way and again when was here. -He was knowledgeable. He identified the problems and completed the service call promptly. -He did a good job and we appreciate his work. OTOH-I found it's overkill getting —autogenerated— 3-4 texts and emails a day to confirm and remind me of the appointment. At least one of them could have narrowed the time frame down before Friday. Am or Pm is better than 8-5. ONE reminder/day would have been more than enough. Furthermore, one of your earlier messages said you'd call for more details about my washer's problems. No one contacted me. When I tried to call you I got an automated system that was unbreachable. ***Good service today—I appreciate Neal! Issues: Overkill on reminders—honestly—multiple per day. No way to have human contact until service day. In summation—Ty for the help. .

Jose S,
Bullhead City, AZLarry Provided A Solution
Larry suggested to change the valve for the middle Kitchen Aid burner. While this would solve the burner issue the repair is too costly. He suggested that the issue was derived by lack of use of the burner. I believe it is a faulty design by Kitchen Aid. Essentially the valve is inexpensive. The labor cost is exorbitant. Sears shouldn't be charging this very costly amount for labor.
