He did his job but there is still the same problem, if you turn on the 4 burners they turn on well, but if you only want one it doesn't turn on, and then the one that turns on doesn't want to turn off,,

Overall, good service on my recent oven repair. The technician notified me of delays at other worksites by phone, which I really appreciate. The tracking system regarding arrival time is pretty good. The not so good part about the service, ridiculous high labor cost, I felt like I was ripped off. I would have been better off contacting my electrician to do the job. The tech needs to get organized and clean up at the job site afterwards, don't leave it to the customer.

Mitch was very good!!! Only complaint I have isn't w him it's that you all cancelled 4 times before he showed up. Then I was still charged after I had taken off work for 3 different days. Hard to recommend your service when there is no one to talk to.

Ronald did what he was supposed to do. Find out what was wrong with the furnace. He found out that I needed a motor. The only thing I have to wait another week in order for the part to come in and it's cold.

Technician was professional, polite and efficient. Company should produce small replacement parts so that an entire assembly does not need to be replaced because two small parts are broken.

He was good. I have gas water heater. He said I need a electric for a electric water heater. It's a gas water heater. I have a panel with 4 blinking lights reading hight temperature shutdown. And did not solve my gas water problem.
