Horrible Service
Window was 8-12. He arrived at 1:30pm. Upon arriving, he had incorrect information of what work needed to be done. I explained what I had discussed with the supervisor, which has been discussed numerous times over the past 6 months. He refused to do the work. Made no attempt to contact anyone. I wasted the entire day and spent more than 20 hours on the phone and have not had the repair done. I have been paying a significant amount of money for my appliances for over 30 years! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I did not have a good experience with the new tech
Horrible experience, someone was suppose to be at my house between the hours of 8:am-12:00 no one showed up until 7:30pm. I had two parts that were order by the original tech, but the new tech wouldn't put both on the dryer he said "I didn't need" it and ask for it back. He refused to put it on.

Aggravated
Repeatedly had service for the same issue. Same parts replaced multiple times when fridge should have been deemed unrepairable. The wait time to get an appointment was always to long and given a window from 8a to 5pm is certainly not convenient for customers. Byron was fine but company is very difficult to deal with. Waited 1 time for the diagnostic report to be sent for over 6 weeks and then had to have them come again to do since it was never sent.

Still broken
My refrigerator still does not have water nor ice. This is the 3rd attempt!

Horrid
your technician did absolutely nothing but snap some pictures and told me that the problem was my coil filter was dirty and that he could not check anything else because it threw off his measurements with his equipment. he did however, offered to clean the coils with my garden hose for an additional $69 which I declined. I did it myself. I still see no difference, I would Have given him a score of zero, but it was not available to me.. I will be making a complaint to the Warranty Company. 4 minute service call after waiting nearly three weeks. I thought that Sears had a better reputation.

incompetence combined with rudeness
We have been without a working refrigerator for about 4 weeks. The same repair man showed up and each time failed to fix it. the first time he had the specs for the wrong refrigerator and told us that GE no longer made the master board for that refrigerator. He ordered another part for another refrigerator, which never showed up. I called GE parts and found that it did in fact make the board, had a warehouse full of them and offered to send me one. I told Sears and it ordered the part. However, that was not the part that had failed. He has replaced the board four times now and insists it has to be replaced again. He has no idea which parts need to be replaced. Sears in Illinois sent four parts that it said I needed and that it would be on his truck when he came for the next service. The parts were not on the truck and he had no interest trying to locate them. He also insisted that the normal operating temperature for the refrigerator was 41 degrees even though the manual I showed him said it was supposed to be 37 degrees. He just kept reading the specs on some other model, not my model. I just gave up and cancelled my warranty contracts with sears and bought another refrigerator. He convinced me that Sears is not a reliable repair service and I cancelled all warrant/service contracts, mainly because I did not want him in the house again.

Dishwasher (still not fixed
My experience was horrible i waited 2 months to get a dishwasher fixed not sure what they did to the dishwasher it still leaks all the dishwasher needed was the rubber on the outside so im not sure what they came and did then left the paper on my counter from the part that was used
