dryer still does not latch.
This is the third time Im asking someone to take care of this. Put new latch in and it still giving me an error code each time. I believe the seal that was replaced a few years ago is not the right fit. at that time tech said give it few weeks, it never compressed, so latch does not close unless you hold it shut till cycle starts...then it locks. Same as before this repair.

Omar did not show up
The technician did not show up. This very frustrating. He never picks my phone. I am without AC at home since more than a month and you guys don't even care about it and keep delaying this repair.

Don't do it
Gave little to no info when asked about the next steps to get repaired it took them 5 visits and a lot of time wasted on the phones and waiting for them to show up to get nothing. The home warranty company fi fired them and went with someone else.

He did not introduce himself; no name, no eye contact with the woman of the house spoke only to husband when spoken to. Basically; a crouch. Dog barked at him because of his demeanor; Not friendly!

Horrible service
I have had coverage on my frig and the coverage was over $700 for an additional 5 yrs. This is the 4th time a tech has come to my house only to deny the claim that the freezer is NOT right. The ice dispenser has made the ice lump up and the freezer door is not level. they suggest that when I open the freezer that the moisture makes the ice solid. I question the fact the since the door is not level that that is the cause of the ice becoming solid. I am never going to buy another product from Sears and also tell my friends about my experience with your warranty. The last tech was told that if he said that he would be fired if he said I need a replacement.

The tech didn't know how to reset the setting times on my washer and felt as long as it could still wash the clothes that was good enough and left.

Friendly guy, but it's still broken
Adair was friendly and polite. He spent about an hour working on my washing machine before telling me it was good as new and leaving. Unfortunately, while the agitator was repaired, the suspension is as bad as it ever was (it might actually be worse. the noises are extremely alarming). He was perfectly pleasant but I can't really rate the service any higher since I paid to repair a machine that I still can't really use.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS LAZY
TERRIBLE! If I could give -5 stars I would. Michael came out to fix the air conditioning unit last Wednesday. Turned it off and back on and told me to take the filter out ! Unit blew air for approximately 3-5 hours and then stopped working. Just as I had told him it had been doing before he got there. Had to wait an additional 9 days for Michael to come back out. When he did he then told me the unit was no longer receiving power and he could not do anything to fix it because it's high voltage! Stated he had to "move on to his next appointment" and there was "nothing he could do". Michael stated Cinch home warranty service would "contact me". Of course they did not . No air for 2 weeks. And when I did call Cinch home warranty they then told me that the unit is not covered under warranty because a "piece is missing". If the unit was not covered under warranty how did the website allow me to make an appointment? The disconnect piece was there prior to the 2nd appointment ! Now the piece is missing ! Who here thinks Michael stole it?

No very knowledgeable very dry personality
My issue with my appliance wasn't resolved by this tech. He came out twice and still wasn't able to resolve the issue. First time he troubleshoot said he had to wait for three weeks back three weeks later was new parts and still couldn't verify. What was the issue the service with the technician?
