Lacking any kind of customer service

1st technician had no personality at all. Wasn't friendly & didn't explain what the problem was. He just said they needed a part. On the follow-up visit (1 week later) when "the part" was going to be installed. I waited from 8-12p expecting the technician to show up. No notification was given that the technician wasn't going to show up, because it was a little too cold to test the part. It was 69°. Terrible customer service.

Dishwasher leaking

there was not much for Gerardo to do after replacing the right Gasket the Washer was still leaking it was the Door that did not close properly, the Door can not be repaired,There for we need a new Dishwasher. The Technician William that was here on 11/14/24 should have seen that it was the Door that was leaking. I am willing to the Diagnostic fee of $ 129.00 and have refund $ 249.72 back to my Account asap. or I will dispute the whole Amount by my Bank. I am 91 years old and my Husband is 90 years old and has Dementia Gisela Deja

This employee needs to be fired

Since April of 2024 this employee have been assigned my appliances and have been a no shoe lying to say parts needed and even forging the homeowner signature as the repair was completed

Beyond disappointed

Tech came to look at why heat wouldn't shut off and by the time he left he had completely broken the hvac system in my home and left me with no heat in December. He also potentially damaged the door to my bathroom as there is now a hole in my door where there wasn't one previously.

Change LED panel

I called Samsung when noticing there were a couple of LED lights out on the refrigerator. The lady I spoke with at service was very helpful, she had me explain what I thought was wrong and had me text a couple pictures proving that there were LED lights out. The first day he was scheduled to come out he failed to show. The second day he came out I was under the understanding that he'd have the correct part either him since the problem was already diagnosed. He did not have the part to its him and said yup there are a couple of LED lights out which I already knew! The third day he was supposed to come out we had an arrival time of 918. Failed to show up. At 1015 I got on and "chatted" with Samsung service. There was no chatting going on. It was very unhelpful but it must have triggered something to the service person and he texted me saying he'd be out between 11-12. I simply told him I need a better estimate than that because I'd need to come home from work on my lunch time which was a half hour. He texted back saying again he'd be out between 11-12. Probably closer to noon than 11. I did not respond and thought he can text me with a better time frame. He finally texted at 1105 saying he'd be there in 20 minutes. He got here and exchanged the LEDs and it is working now. Samsung and this service tech (Benjamin M) need to realize that everyone's time is important and scheduling 3 days that my husband or I needed to take off from work is NOT OK! I love the refrigerator but probably won't ever look at Samsung again because we can't take off 3 days from work as we're both in the medical profession and that is totally unacceptable!
