TECH -not a nice person
The first visit for our Dryer repair didn't go as expected. I greeted the tech at the door and said hello big guy, his response was " Is this how this is going to go". Then i asked him to go through the garage. Joel walked in and started the dryer and said it was fine. We explained about the noise and he mentioned he has been doing this for 4 years and it sounded ok. He asked my wife to sign something and left. Today I requested not to have him back for my appointment for the same issue. Well who pulls up today but Joel. I opened the garage door moved the machine away from the wall. He started the machine and said the noise wasn't there last time. So you hear the noise I mentioned -he said yes. Opened the door to the Dryer and hit the wall, did something to the drum inside and proceeded to tilt the machine up on the front two feet. Then went the back of the Dryer and tilted forward and told me the legs weren't level. I had a phone call on my cell phone in my office so I walked away. At this time I heard the door slam to the garage and saw him walking down the driveway to his van. I walked to the Laundry room and the dryer was left out away from the wall. Went back to the office and called Sears. Then he drove off- no communication just left. Then in my email I received a receipt which he forged my name. so i went back to the Dryer and pushed it back and hooked the Dryer vent back up. Now the noise is still there and the machine rocks back and forth. Is there anyway I can have this fixed please by someone much nicer and willing to look at the problem.

Unreliable Tech
As I was looking at how he uncarefully removed the dispenser cover of my ref, he broke the clip that was holding it back. He installed the cover correctly but wiggly. He assured me that the part that he broke will be replaced. He faked an order for the broken and schedule for repair and replacement. After he left, I received a closed and completed service order. Called Sears Home Service, no order, no schedule was made. Elijah A is not a trusty technician. I wasn't happy at all.

Mr Ernesto is a liar 😠who I would never recommend. He never showed up to my house when he was scheduled and he would send a pictures of my house when he he came the first time. If I were sears I would definitely not have a person like him working for the company.;for being an old man he should be ashamed of himself. He is not even worth one star.

Dryer review
Kyle was great he gets a 5 star. The whole process stinks. It doesn't even get a single star. Kyle showed up after 2 no show. ( he wasn't notified). If you have an open request, the system will not allow you to contact a live person. So no way of finding out what was happening. I was promised a reduction in cost due to the first no show, but that was not communicated to Kyle., so I had to pay full cost. Until software is changed I would recommend staying away from sears. The system has been designed without consideration of the buyer. So if sears doesn't care about buyers, don't buy.

Washer repair
Just going to say that this company sucks. I spend nearly 500 dollars to repair my ge washer and still not fixed after the tech that came to "fix" it said it was fixed. They told me i needed all this parts including the motor. I scheduled appointment to repair and they dont even show up. They wanted to charge me a deductible since i have the sears home repair membership after they apparently fixed it but obviously they didnt. The moment the tech left the washer was back to doing thw same thing. Would def not recommend and will not ever be using them again and im canceling the sears home membership.

Refrigerator repair
The ice maker still does not open or make ice. The top freezer drawer still does not open all the way. We are not happy.

Dish Washer Repair
The technician replaced the gasket around the door. It was too big and hung loose at the end about 5 inches. Now that it is dangling loose, it is being pulled away and no longer installed on the inside of the dish washer.

Washer Problem
Not good. He found nothing wrong. Ask him to try a different cycle but he said it shouldn't matter. He did say there was a broken suspension strap that was broke but said nothing about replacing it. Said three should be fine. After he left, my wife used the cycle I ask him to view. It made the sound again. I ended up buying a new washer. Guy told me later, that I would replace all suspension straps it would have been fine. Miss lead! Would not recommend your service again.

Plumber
It would have been better if they at least gave us shut off valves like we asked before they left, however, they chose to leave without even doing anything for the money we paid them.

Disappointed & Frustrated Customer
I'd prefer not to have Robert back for my oven repair. Communication was adequate at best. He did not act like he wanted to be here. He is borderline rude. It felt like he did not want to do the work. I'd love to explain better by speaking to a member of your management team.
