Dryer as part of a tower not functioning

This is the second time that LG has sent a Sears repair technician out and both times the technician didn't know how to repair the dryer that is part of my tower and is ventless technology. It's probably LG s fault but I took the day off to wait and no success. This is the fourth time LG has sent someone out that has no clue.

Awful service!!

Awful. Will never use you again! It took 9 weeks to get you here to repair my refrigerator when the part was here. I lost approximately $300 worth of food because every time you set up a date you called at last minute and canceled because your repairman couldn't come.

There's no communication. They had me cut the wire cage off without even going into the crawlspace to see what the issue was. So we paid to have the wire cage taken off and now they told us it's an electrical issue after days of waiting for someone to respond. Terrible!

Overall rating

The Tech did not properly inspection both inside and outside units and he was not onsite but a few min. The Unit is still not repaired and Sear's did not have a number to talk to a real person instead AI. We will not use Sears again

He just came and looked at the model number, then told me the model was discontinued and nothing he could do. then he collected payment and left. i asked him if i could get credit if order and install a new dishwasher from sears and he said he didn't know.

I set up an appointment with Sears because you stated you can fix LG Refrigerators, but the technician could not fix mine because it is under warranty. That was not stated. I paid money to have you come and would have had you fix it. This is false advertising. I will be reporting to the BBB The technician was rude and spilled water on my floor. I was not prepared with towels.

Very poor left me feeling so bad I don't think I would ever recommend anyone to Searshomeservice.
