Dryer Repair
Took 6 weeks from initial call until unit was repaired. On 2 occasions a week apart each time the parts needed to fix my dryer hadn't been ordered properly or lost in the mail. Not sure which is true. In total had 4 service calls made to my residence a week apart each time. Guy was nice but took much too long for repair.

Don't blame the repairman for the company issues
Terrence was very nice and we were pleased to have our stove back. As to the Sears Home Services you are very unprofessional. You did not notify us until 9pm that he was not coming on the second day date the original appointment was made. And you want me to have all of my appliances in your care? I DON'T THINK SO!'

Trouble reaching the water level. Cycle does not get everything clean.

Paul review
Paul arrived this morning at approximately 9:00. I showed him my pictures & video of the leak. He took off metal plates at bottom of dishwasher, looked inside. Said he suspected a filter or the vent were the problem. Looked at other things inside it. Ran dishwasher briefly, no leaks visible. He put the metal plate back on, said to run it again and if it leaked to put my hand up along the bottom of the dishwasher to feel where the leak was coming from. I told him I would put part of the dishes back in the dishwasher and run it, so I did. Within 15 minutes I had a leak, this time on the left side of it, about 5 minutes later a leak was showing up on the right. I also noticed condensation & heat coming out of the vent area on the left. My dishwasher still is not fixed after 3 visits, 2 from Robert & 1 from Paul..

Service on Samsung refrigerator
Technician came in, looked at my refrigerator model, and told me the refrigerator was a terrible model. He didn't attempt to look and see if anything could be fixed today. He didn't even look behind panels to see if anything else could be the problem. Just assumed everything in the system needs to be replaced. And he was there for about 10 minutes. Waste of money.

Service from Sears home service.
Your technician, Daniel was great. Your company not so much. Your long time maintenance service is ridiculous with a 30 day waiting fee. I have been overwhelmed with phone calls and scheduling appointment after the appointment was made. I do not plan to use your services again.

Didn't Do Much
Didn't really do much. Said that our problem which the dryer was that the dryer vent hose needed to be cleaned. The dryer still does NOT work, however, we have scheduled a someone to come clean the dryer vent and hose and hopefully that will fix the problem. Also didn't do anything to answer our questions regarding washing machine. Felt like he really did not want to do any repairs that were needed and tried to explain his way out of working.

Ice maker
I felt he didn't listen to my concerns. He only replaced the ice maker, he did not replace the Motherboard that was sent with the kit. After plugging the refrigerator back in, the compressor didn't kick in. He said he didn't know about that. Hopefully it will kick in, the fan is running, but compressor has not kicked in yet.

Technician got here on time, he changed capacitor and ad very little of freeon, he said did not have enough, but ac stop working un 25 minutes after he left and still without ac. I
