Not happy
I left the day Elbert came for a vacay, he really didn't do anything but check my Freon, my air conditioner was working when I left, I came home today, it isn't working. It is 77 degrees in my house.😳😢 He said it was a pound in a half low, but was still blowing cold.

Washer still not fixed
The tech showed up cleaned out the filter said my machine is good to go and it still isn't spinning the clothes properly they are soaked. Can he come back?

refrigerator repair
We were not very impressed with Joseph. He was rude and made statements that did not make sense, like the freezer was too full, which it was not. We did everything he suggested, thawed the frost from the fan area, and everywhere, and lowered to setting to 4. The refrigerator and freezer just go progressively worse. I should have taken a picture of my freezer to show just how little food was in there.

Tech good / Sears not so much
This AC service was generated through a choice home warranty company. First available sears appointment was 10 days after first contact. This appointment was cancelled 15 minutes before scheduled arrival, it was Friday. Next available appointment was another 10 days out. Tech arrived as expected, diagnosed problem correctly. For some reason Sears was not able to do repair. It took a week for them to tell me. Tech was good, Sears was not, choice home warranty even worse.

Dryer Repair
Upset he was scheduled this call due to scheduling errors in home office. Contacted home based after questioning customer and was able to perform service. Advised of coin in dryer drum - was not addressed. Also left line all over floor in front of dryer.

Unnecessary Appointment
Technician did not change out any parts that previous technician said was malfunctioning. He only changed out a sensor staying that would resolve the tub on my washer from spinning aggressively like it was going to fly out the machine. He placed 4 towels in the machine and stated the issue was resolved. He made this resolution without placing a full load in the washer. Trip was useless. Additionally, I don't want to sound mean, but I was 'suspect' about if he would be able to handle the repairs. He's a much older man who almost fell when walking up my driveway.

Garage A/C
The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. The unit worked that day, but today(one day after the repair) the unit worked great for the first two hours, but now the temp is 86 degrees and rising. I turned the unit off and waited 10 minutes and restarted the unit. The temp is holding at 84 degrees. I have reviewed all docs provided by Sears Home Services. The only contact number listed is for A&E services, I have no idea who they are. Who is going to fix my unit?

Technicians are GREAT, but.....
The process, people, website and telephone bots involved in scheduling, confirming, tracking parts deliveries are awful. It is a classic case of one hand having no idea what the other is doing. But, in this case, there are multiple entities involved so it becomes a cluster mess. You need to simplify this process. You need to update your IT system to include current and accurate information. Your website needs to be accurate! What a mess! And, CHANGE THAT HOLD MUSIC!
