This service never occurred. I received an email displaying a receipt signed digitally but this service never happened. I was never contacted by anyone.

Probably some of the worst lack of customer service I have ever "not received" in my life. Your AI System being used totally blows, is inconsistently poor, schedules appointments without confirming "The Customer's Schedule" availability. Then schedules appointments on its own. Confirm's appointments for 3 days ahead of time with me the customer. Customer waits around all day for Techs that don't show up to confirmed appointments. One job was 7 wasted days by me on "Confirmed Appointments" until a tech actually showed up. Last job, the "Tech" twice submitted "Signed Documents" of completion (Allegedly signed by me the customer) Customer (me) couldn't sign Documents if the Tech never showed up...

Terrible service tech/got everything wrong

Tech showed up to install parts on refrigerator that previous tech ordered 2 weeks prior. After telling me that part didn't work he said I didn't even have warranty coverage which I do and was established before the parts were ordered. Long story short I have waited 3 weeks for service/parts to be told I don't have coverage and he just left with the parts and said their was nothing he could do!

Wasted a Vacation Day for Nothing

David was nice enough but couldn't do anything when he got here. This was a warranty service but he did not know that. I provided all the information to the Sears AI bot about the problems with the dishwasher, but apparently he was not given any of that information. Since someone had removed the tags containing the model and serial number during some other service he said was not even allowed to trouble the dishwasher so parts could be ordered. A complete waste of time and my dishwasher is no closer to being fixed than it was to start with.

Repairman stood in my washroom 15 min. Just to tell me he couldn't fix my washer because of a serial number and my washer is registered with Samsung. I'm highly upset.

Randall stated that unit needed to be replaced because it could not be repaired. According to Frigidaire that is not the case, he said it had been repaired! Find another service company to use, beware!

Failed diagnosis of a a refrigerator malfunction

After already purchasing a replacement refrigerator after he told me the repair would be $1000 on a two year old Samsung refrigerator, my investigation revealed that the likely problem was either an evaporator fan of simply over icing. The bottom two shelfs of the freezer were still functional when the rest of the unit was not. He didn't even check. His incomplete evaluation costs me $1200 for a new unit I didnt need. Very frustrating. Hard to believe he is associated with Sears.
