Horrible
Terrible technician. Was not professional or communicative at all. Constantly gave me problems without any solution. I had to ask questions otherwise would not provide any feedback or help. Definitely feel ripped off with nothing getting completed in the end.

Calvin never knocked in my door. Me and my daughter are in the house and I get a text that says "thank you for using sears".

No show.
After making 6 appointments to repair my microwave, no one has ever showed up for any of the appointments. Each appointment day I waited from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. before you cancelled my appointment and then rescheduled it. The last appointment you indicated that the technician was at my house, making the repair. That is a lie. No one ever showed up. I have now wasted 6 days of my time waiting for someone to show up to repair my microwave. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Worse Problem
After tech left, there was water leaking from the refrigerator and puddling on the floor. Sear service was so bad that they would not give me an appointment until a week later. Not sure what to do now as flooding in the kitchen is not acceptable. Customer service is terrible, and the call center is in another country that does not have command of English and does not seem to grasp the severity of the situation.

Absolutely garbage
Tech has been fine, but Our fridge has been down since August of 2024 multiple trips of you guys trying to come and fix it with no luck at all ice maker doesn't work freezer doesn't work and fridge doesn't work, we have lost so much food that went bad because fridge stoped working I am telling everybody I know to never ever buy a ge product or use sears to fix it, completely worthless

Good Technician Very poor support from Sears
It has been 3 months that we are with a broken Dishwasher. We were hoping today would be the last of a series of mishaps with parts department. The last shipment came with a broken part that could not be installed. It is time for SEARS to honor the Home Protect Agreement they have signed and send us a NEW appliance as they have been unable to repair ours in a timely manner. My wife and I are in our 80's and depend on a working dishwasher.

Fixing range
He is a terrible technician he did not fix my issue entirely I don't understand why I get stuck with this technician every time he doesn't even deserve a star !!!! I It's a mystery why it is the only one sent to me

Heat thermostat
Technician would not listen to what the problem was that was associated with the heating system. Turn the heat up to 90 degrees and said it was working and argued with me. Came unprepared without a ladder to get to the unit in an attic. Had to get mine out and he climbed up 3 steps and claimed "it working" and wouldn't even go in the attic to the system which I've done numerous times. Argued with me numerous times about not listening to the problem with the system (the thermostat)
