Rolla S does a great job. I'm very disappointed with Sears-same problem with ice maker, dripping water on fan, creates ice build-up. Terrible loud noise. I have to turn ice maker off for about 3 days for ice build-up to melt. This has been a problem for approx. 2 years or so. Rolla comes out and has tried different many different things, hasn't worked.

The only complaint I have is not with Brent. Your automated sms sent me a msg at 11:57am on Tuesday requesting I choose a visit date and time. The only date and time listed was Tuesday (the same day) so I choose it and expected the visit that day. At 4pm no one had come so I called the number and was asked by the system to choose another date, which I did. Brent then came as scheduled and completed the job without problems. The point of this being I wasted most of the day on Tuesday waiting unnecessarily due to the automated response system not responding appropriately. Thanks
