My refrigerator has been broken for 11 months… It has been serviced by 22 technicians… It has had 14 parts replaced… And it still does not work since May 23, 2024.Jorge finally wrote that there is a short circuit in the sealed walls of the refrigerator, and it cannot be repaired! Now I am waiting to see if my Sears Protection Plan will do the right thing or keep postponing satisfying the problem… Fix it… Or Replace it…

John is the most knowledgeable technician I have ever had working on issues around the home. It is amazing how well-versed John is in so many different areas and product lines, and it's not just surface knowledge, but a deep understanding. John seems to enjoy and excel when working the most complex issues. As an added plus he is very friendly and personable. Keep him working and don't let him go.
