Excellent service … friendly, on time & professional
Chad, the service man was very efficient. He went right to the freezer, removed the inside panel and immediately diagnosed the problem. Even though I decided to purchase a new unit (the price of repair was only a few hundred $ less) he was very friendly and professional. Great service from Sears!!!
