My GE refrigerator was not cooling like it should have. The company offered me $75.00 to get a loaner. I am sure it would cost me way more than that. That was not a good solution! I could have lost all of my food! Hundreds of dollars worth. It took you four days that you expect a customer to wait? Hire more subcontractors. Instead of costing me $90 for a service call AI should have had a troubleshooting tool to see if your refrigerator is set up to work properly! That would have been a simple fix. I would be fuming if I lost more than 2 gallons of milk. Company is not good. Kenneth was great and personable. I had frozen water bottle blocking the element that cools the refrigerator. What a waste of your time and my money.

Joseph came exactly as scheduled to check our refrigerator and ice maker that was not cooling enough for two days. He identified the breathing issues and vacuumed all the dust from underneath. The Technician arrived on schedule window, he was very polite and courteous. I showed him the refrigerator and explained the situation. He went to work immediately and explained the problem while showing the ice buildup in the wrong place. He took care of the situation.

Ben was very accommodating in helping me to prepare for replacing the part for the fridge. He warned me about the melting water possibly damaging the wooden floor. I provided him with some towels and he cautioned me to change him at some point. I thank him for his kindness as well
