Henack came to my appointments along with Christina who was shadowing him. They were both polite and friendly. He repaired my refrigerator that was leaking and fixed the door handle on my oven. He was very knowledgeable and performed his duties well. He also answered questions about the light in my microwave. He asked if he could perform any other services before leaving. He did a great job and I'm pleased with the service.

William was on time and extremely courteous and friendly. Checked the fridge and tested it only to tell us that the compressor was shot. We decided that it wasn't worth it to repair it and we decided to replace it with a new one. He was so honest about everything that I would not hesitate to have him return to repair any of our other appliances if a repair is needed.
