There is nothing wrong that Jamshid did, he was great, but I'm deeply unsatisfied with the fact that that I couldn't get a replacement shelf when something is clearly wrong with it to have fallen on its own from the factory. I'm going to leave it in the position he replaced it in and monitor it to see if it falls again (and it most likely will). Jamshid himself gets 5 stars, but the result gets 0.
