Technician was great -- on time, courteous. He brought the necessary, correct parts with him, and thoroughly diagnosed and fixed each issue. This review is being made 3.5 hours after technician departed. Waiting to see if everything continues to work properly, but it appears that the repair was successful. Highly recommend this technician. If anything else needs attention, hope Sears sends Samuel again.

George was very personable yet professional was very efficient in getting the job done ran tests to make sure that the installation was done correctly. Handled moving our possessions in order to get to the areas he needed with care. Provided us with an update of what he did before he left. Also, let us know what to expect as a result of his installation.
