Terence arrived on time, introduced himself with a good chuckle and said he was here to help me. I showed him the refrigerator and told him the problem . He checked it out, told me what he was going to do and did it. He was efficient, jovial and I would certainly ask for him by name if we have any appliance problems in the future.

Enrique was punctual, courteous, and knew his job. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned. To replace the new ice maker. He also cleaned tinder the refrigerator and the coils and made sure the floor was clean.
