Fridge diagnostic.
The technician wad so expert He told me exactly what wrong with my fridge, and he gave me the estimated price in case i want to fix it, I appreciate his assistance in this matter. But the cost for this visits was expensive, I know that you guys told me ahead of time that this will be the price, but sure it's still expensive. Thank you so much for your service.

On May 26 Sears Home Service scheduled my service appointment for the malfunctioning refrigerator next day and updated me that a technician named Lewis K. would come and check the refrigerator on May 27, Tuesday, between 8:00 am and-5:00 pm. I was waiting for him the entire day. I could see his picture and he was two stops away from my home, then one stop, then on his way to my place. But Lewis never showed up, to my dismay. I was really disappointed not to see him. I couldn't understand what went wrong. I had no choice but to reschedule for May 28, Wednesday. Is this how Sears Home Service works? This is not the first time a technician failed to keep the promise. Nevertheless, the second time Lewis K. showed up around 8:30 am as scheduled and told me that Sears never assigned the job to him on May 27. That's why he never showed up. Sears Home Service may have cheated both of us with a false or no assignment, unfortunately. Anyway, Lewis was very diligent in checking and fixing the refrigerator, maybe for the time being, thereby meeting our expectations. Thank you very much, Lewis K.

Sean was knowledgeable and pleasant. No longer being able to get parts for a refrigerator that we had for only six years was not his fault and reflects badly only on Sears and not at all on Sean. He is an asset to his profession.
