We purchased a Thor frig freezer at the end of last year and after getting two in with exterior damage, they finallye shipped one that had no exterior damage. Problem was, it would not stay cold or frozen, it only "cycled" thru these causing ice to melt and food to spoil. When I contacted Thor they sent John and he ordered new parts (compressor) from thor. Problem is Thor never shipped them. Though I had a case history on file with Thor, they would not respond to my questions online nor did they return my phone calls after they promised to send me "tracking info" on the parts for the next scheduled appointment. I let John know and he was the only one that seemed to be able to make something at Thor. So he got them to send the parts and give me a tracking number. However, Thor sent the wrong parts so John had to reorder and we are waiting on that tracking information now. So John has done a great job as he is the only one making stuff happen. I just wish I could say the same thing about Thor. He is also a cheerful, pleansant professional technician which is always a plus when you are in the service industry.
