Although the automated system had canceled the appointment for the third time, Ovik called and kept the appointment. He apologized for the malfunctioning automated system and got to work. He had the part that was needed and fixed the problem. Because of Ovik's service I will consider renewing the maintenance agreement with Sears.

He was very competent and friendly. My only issue was he arrived around six and I had to have somebody waiting there most of the day. I'm sure it wasn't his fault, but arriving during normal business hours from 9 to 5 would be really helpful. Thank you.
