Great Tech
The technician installed the parts with no problem. He was very professional. I have no problems with the tech but the way the company schedules appointments is ridiculous. If a tech misses an appointment, you are placed at the bottom of the list instead of being made a priority. So sad!

My technician was both friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to explain what was wrong with my refrigerator and even though I chose not to have it fixed because the cost of fixing it was about the cost of a new refrigerator, I appreciated the extent that he went to to explain my choices. I would definitely use this service again.
