Fridge issues
Excellent tech! Got here in a timely manner. Knew his craft. Delivered the bad news which unfortunately was way too rich for my blood. Way more money than I want to put in a 6 year old fridge that shouldn't need repair yet. At least I know what my next course of action is.

On the first visit the service man asked many questions and related the issue to service bulletins for our fridge. Then he placed an order for the necessary part on the spot and also setup an appointment for the replacement. The part was delivered to our house and on his return trip replaced it very quickly. We are extremely happy with the entire process.
