Your AI system is the worst. Needs much improving in customer service and current actions of the techs information. I have been with your service since 2005 and this is the first time my dryer filter was not cleaned. The tech says that service under my protection plan is no longer avail.

The tech did a great job, but I wish that they have a better system when they have to order part the tech say he didn't have a compressor for my refrigerator so he had to order that took time and I was without a refrigerator until the park was delivered
