Sears said they could get someone out the same day to fix our refrigerator which had stopped working. I liked the feature that showed how many stops the technician had before getting to our house. James called and told me what time he would be here. He was very professional and quite informative about the repairs and what they would cost. Would highly recommend this service.

Cedric was terrific. He was professional and friendly. He listened to my problem with my Frigidaire, carefully moved it, evaluated the cause and repaired it. He put everything back and cleaned up. He was perfect. Would definitely recommend Cedric.

Jacob did a super job; he is not the problem. The problem is your service & week after week continual cancellations (5!) at a moments notice. We r disgusted with Sears & New Leaf for contracting with Sears. A terrible stressful process. No human to talk to. Only a robot. Disappointing. Unacceptable. Horrible. Worst review EVER. Sears can no longer be trusted. Embarrassing.
