Jim arrived earlier that scheduled. How cool is that? He diagnosed our refrigerator, giving us the news and a repair estimate. We didn't complete the repairs on our old fridge because it was cost prohibitive. Thank you again Jim for your professionalism and assistance in helping us make the determination.

Andrew provided the best possible service. The same cannot be said of your scheduler who cancelled our service at the last possible minute on May 30 so that we wasted a whole day of our time . Also You need to provide a smaller appointment window , not 8-5 ; so that if there is a cancellation , as in my case above, a client's whole day is not wasted.

Jermaine was great! Unfortunately the cost to repair is close to the cost of a new fridge, so didn't repair the freon leaks, and the compressor is 12 years old. Would recommend sears appliance repair!

He fixed it!!! I've had 2 or 3 other people here to fix it and they did not. But Mark did. And he was very nice and considerate. He listened to me and answered all of questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. Mark gets an A++++
