I appreciate Clifford for trying to help as much as he could. He came by even though he had to reschedule my appointment to help see if he could resolve and assist with next steps. He was very professional and kind, unfortunately Sears did not have the right tools for him to fix my issue (he is new and waiting on them) but he also uncovered another issue.

A very nice guy who is also smart and effective. The problem took a good bit of diagnosing and a couple return visits but Emmanuel was thorough and figured things out. Always super polite and very good at communicating exactly what was wrong, I really appreciated Emmanuel!

The work by Rennie was very good however your service answering machine is very bad. I needed help fast for a frig water leak sending water all over my kitchen. I put down paper towels until it got out of hand, so I went to bath towels.. Here's the problem I'm a disabled Vet and cannot bend over very well because I lose my balance and fall, the problem with that is I can't get up by myself I need someone to to to pick me up. So I told your system that I had an emergency so what did your system say "Hang up and dial 911". God did that ever upset me. You need your answering service ask if you have an emergency and then diced if you can help right away or tell you contact another service. I have no use for your answering system and will not use your service again until you fix the problem.
