Great Repairman
Eric did a great job & very quickly. I do wish you guys would call & give more time for us to get there because we both work outside of the city limits & it's not easy for us to just drop what we are doing & get home. I also didn't like how long it took to get the parts & I couldn't get a hold of a person on your end to talk to. However, the repairman that got it fixed did a great job.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, but we are very upset with the service that we received in with the warranty this has taking nine attempts with several parts and the refrigerator still not working on top of the inconvenience of having to schedule these appointments we've had to reschedule three different appointments just to have someone come and fix says I was totally uncalled for we are not happy with the GE at this time

My experience with the technicians was very positive when they finally got there. First off it's 2025 you should be able to schedule and more accurate appointment time than 8am to 5pm. Like even if you narrowed it to a 3 hour window would be better than literally all day. Secondly on my first appointment I got an 8 hour window and five minute warning my technician was on the way and I missed the appointment. When I tried to call the company about it all I got was phone bots and AI. This is terrible there needs to be a human customer service agent to talk with.

David quickly assessed the problem with my frost filled freezer. He removed the door, completely unloaded and cleaned out the freezer, then reattached the door. It's working great again. I highly recommend him.
