Wayne was great. Came in did his job .was friendly and professional . Fixed my frig..He knew just what he had to do cleaned up when he was done. Give him a 10. My problem is your customer service . It's horrible . I received part 3 weeks ago and you guys keep cancelling my appointment Lousy customer service needs much improvement. Would not recommend sears for any appliance and especially the service. You ask I told.

Craig was fantastic! On his first visit he quickly ascertained what the problem was and ordered the part which arrived the very next day. And once he was rescheduled to return, he was great at communicating his arrival and then speedily completed their repair.
