Troy came in and pleasantly did his job on our refrigerator. Great employee. But your customer service which does Not allow to call and tell you what a bad service you are doing. I stayed home all day a week ago/ no one showed up and also no call. Just a few words thru a text to inform me I was to be rescheduled. Awful service.

Service call and diagnostic process was thorough and complete. My only complaint is the repair cost and cost for identical replacement is outrages. This has forced my to seek other compatible brands that are considerably less expensive.
