I was please with the service Mark gave in repairing our refrigerator. He answered the questions we had. I do want to stress and emphasize how frustrating it was to us the lack of information the AI provided regarding all the prior cancellations of previous schedule appointments. On top of this, no human employee bothered to call to explain why all previous appointments were canceled. Very bad reflection on how you value your customers.
