Great job
James was very personable and knows what he is doing. He was friendly to me and my puppy. 🐶 great communicator on when he would arrive and was efficient. He deserves a huge raise he should train some of these people that come to your homes from other places to be polite like him. Thank you!

Kenneth was extremely professional and efficient! But my overall experience with Sears warranty was TERRIBLE!!! I have never been so frustrated! My initial follow-up appointment was not even in the system, and the subsequent appointment had to be scheduled on my vacation! You guys have a very antiquated system, you speak to people you can hardly understand, and the AI component is a nightmare! I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance for sure!
