My refrigerator broke the day we got back from our vacation…bummer. I went on line and Sears Service popped right up! I set an appointment and Richard came out the very next day! Richard accessed the problem and ordered the part needed. Richard then came out for the actual replacement of the compressor. Absolutely a seamless process and an awesome tech! My fridge is working perfectly and we now have cool food!! Thanks for being a pleasant surprise in a busy world!!!
