Aamad was professional and explained why the freezer was not operating as it should. I have a newborn and he was considerate enough to inform me that the noise may wake my child. I stepped away as he worked diligently to fix the issues. He then fixed the freezer, double checked to ensure that it worked and cleaned his work area before he left. As an added bonus, he tightened up a screw on my door so that it would close easier!! Aamad S!! A+++++

Ibrahim has a very pleasant demeanor and was so nice to work with! Our problem ended up being an overfilled freezer that caused the door from closing properly. A lesson for us to stop what we thought was going to be an expensive repair.
