Sterling was thorough and explained everything in detail. Unfortunately they don't make the compressor we needed for our 10 year old refrigerator; therefore, it was deemed unrepairable. They just don't make things like they used to! But Sterling was awesome. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
